Masaat has full confidence in its products, and returns are permitted. To be eligible for a return: • Items must be original without signs of wear or damage. • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included) • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set. 

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days using a fully insured and tracked delivery service. In the UK, Royal Mail and UPS are the nominated delivery partners.  UPS is the nominated delivery partner for international orders. Please note that international orders may attract VAT and customs fees, for which the customer will solely be responsible.

We ship to all EU/EEA countries, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong and all Middle Eastern countries. 

Masaat only uses Solid Gold in its jewellery. We do not use or endorse the use of any non-precious metals.  Before our gold is crafted into the dazzling pieces of jewellery, it is checked with an XRF machine to ensure the purity is exactly 375/1000 (9ct), 750/1000 (18ct) or (875/1000) 21ct. Each jewellery item is checked again once it comes off the production line before it is finally stamped with the respective carat, i.e., 9K, 18K, 21K.

We use recycled gold, conflict-free stones, and avoid overproduction by keepingall items in ready-to-ship stock — helping cut down waste and reduceenvironmental impact.
