Masaat tiene plena confianza en sus productos y se permiten devoluciones. Para ser elegible para una devolución: • Los artículos deben ser originales y sin signos de desgaste o daños. • Los artículos devueltos por correo deben estar en su embalaje original (etiquetas, caja y bolsa incluidas). • No se puede devolver ningún artículo individual de un conjunto para reembolso, crédito de tienda y/o cambio de talla, y se debe devolver como un conjunto completo.

Todos los pedidos se envían en un plazo de 2 días hábiles mediante un servicio de entrega totalmente asegurado y con seguimiento. En el Reino Unido, Royal Mail y UPS son los socios de entrega designados. UPS es el socio de entrega designado para pedidos internacionales. Tenga en cuenta que los pedidos internacionales pueden estar sujetos a IVA y tasas aduaneras, de las que el cliente será el único responsable.

Masaat sólo utiliza oro macizo en sus joyas. No utilizamos ni respaldamos el uso de metales no preciosos. Antes de convertir nuestro oro en deslumbrantes piezas de joyería, se verifica con una máquina XRF para garantizar que la pureza sea exactamente 375/1000 (9 ct), 750/1000 (18 ct) o (875/1000) 21 ct. Cada pieza de joyería se revisa nuevamente una vez que sale de la línea de producción antes de que finalmente se estampe con el quilate respectivo, es decir, 9K, 18K, 21K.
