Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms & Conditions”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Masaat London is a UK-based jewellery brand specialising in solid gold jewellery using recycled gold and ethically sourced gemstones. Our registered business address is 43 Egmont Street, Salford, M6 7FJ
- All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
- Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock errors, pricing issues, or suspected fraud.
- We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur as some pieces are handmade or crafted from natural stones.
- All metal used is solid gold (not plated), and gemstone information (e.g., GIA certification) is provided where applicable.
- We offer next-day delivery within the UK for all in-stock items ordered before 1pm.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs
- International shipping is available and subject to additional charges.
- We accept returns on unworn, non-custom jewellery within 14 days of delivery. You must notify us via email before returning an item.
- Bespoke and engraved items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
- Bespoke pieces are made-to-order and typically take 4-5 weeks.
- A 20% deposit is required to begin production.
- Once design approval is given and production begins, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or altered.
- Bespoke pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All Masaat London jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- This does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or tarnishing due to chemical exposure.
- We offer paid repair services outside the warranty period. Please contact us for a quote.
- All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable UK VAT.
- We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
