Masaat London is dedicated to delivering exceptional jewellery, defined by craftsmanship, integrity, and transparency. Each piece—whether ready-to-wear or bespoke—is created with meticulous attention to detail and the finest materials.

3.1 Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Our ready-to-ship collection is available for immediate dispatch and reflects the same standards of excellence as our bespoke creations.

3.2 Bespoke Creations

Bespoke pieces are uniquely designed and crafted to your specifications. As such, they are inherently personal and may vary slightly from initial designs due to the artisanal nature of production.

3.3 Stone Selection

All diamonds and gemstones are sourced in accordance with our ethical standards. Certification (e.g., GIA, IGI) will be provided where applicable.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon placing an order, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received and is being processed.

Masaat London reserves the right to decline or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing inaccuracies, availability constraints, or concerns regarding payment verification.

5.1 Pricing Philosophy

Our pricing reflects a modern, transparent approach to luxury—offering exceptional quality without unnecessary markups.

5.2 Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated and may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or import fees depending on your location.

5.3 Bespoke Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to commence work on bespoke pieces. The remaining balance is payable upon completion and prior to delivery.

5.4 Payment Methods

We accept a range of secure payment methods. Full details are provided at checkout or upon consultation.

6.1 Timelines

• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24 hours • Bespoke creations are typically completed within 3–4 weeks

While we strive to meet all timelines, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work.

6.2 Shipping

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping. All deliveries are fully insured and handled by trusted international couriers.

6.3 Risk & Ownership

Ownership of the product transfers to you upon confirmed delivery. Risk passes at the point of receipt.

7.1 Ready-to-Ship Items

We offer a 30-day return period, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

7.2 Bespoke Pieces

Due to their personalised nature, bespoke creations are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.

7.3 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. For bespoke orders, cancellations after production has begun may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

8.1 Lifetime Warranty

Masaat London offers a complimentary lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.

8.2 Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear • Accidental damage or misuse • Third-party modifications or repairs

8.3 Resizing

We provide complimentary lifetime resizing, subject to design feasibility.

We take the utmost care in presenting our jewellery accurately. However, due to the nature of gemstones and handcrafted production, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur—each piece remaining entirely unique.

Masaat London is committed to responsible sourcing practices. All natural diamonds comply with the Kimberley Process, and we work exclusively with trusted partners to ensure ethical integrity throughout our supply chain.

All content, designs, imagery, and materials associated with Masaat London remain the exclusive intellectual property of the brand. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masaat London shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

We respect the privacy and discretion of our clients. Any personal information shared with Masaat London is handled with the utmost care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
