Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. All pieces are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.

This warranty covers faults arising from the materials or craftsmanship of the piece, including, where caused by a manufacturing defect:

Stones becoming loose or falling out;
Defective settings, clasps or other components;
Structural faults, including defective soldering or construction; and
Other faults resulting directly from a manufacturing defect.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item without charge. Your statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

What is not covered

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, alterations, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear. Our lifetime warranty also excludes damage to gemstones from impacts or external force and damage caused by exposure to chemicals or inappropriate cleaning methods.

We may inspect the item to determine the cause of the issue before accepting a warranty claim. Proof of purchase from Masaat London will be required.

This Lifetime Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
